As we continue to expand, we're looking for a highly driven Recruiting Specialist to help fuel the next phase of our growth.
This is not a passive recruiting role.
This is a performance-driven opportunity for someone who loves prospecting, building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping talented agents discover a better path to success.
Your Mission
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, nurturing, and setting appointments with qualified real estate agents who fit the Oz Group growth profile.
Your primary objective:
Put qualified recruiting appointments on Joe Oz's calendar.
Every activity in this role supports that outcome.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Agent Sourcing & Prospecting
Source and identify qualified agents through Courted, Indeed, Zillow, social media, referrals, and industry networks
Research agent production, growth trends, and market activity
Build targeted recruiting lists and prospect databases
Identify growth-minded agents who align with the Oz Group culture and vision
Continuously expand the recruiting pipeline with high-potential talent
Recruiting Outreach
Conduct outbound recruiting calls
Send text messages,
Execute personalized outreach campaigns
Build relationships with prospective agents
Generate interest and schedule recruiting appointments
Co-Broke Recruiting
Review transaction history to identify high-performing co-broke agents
Build relationships with agents already familiar with the Oz Group brand
Add qualified prospects into recruiting campaigns and follow-up systems
Convert existing industry relationships into recruiting opportunities
Indeed Recruiting
Manage Oz Group's Indeed Premier recruiting account
Create, optimize, refresh, and monitor recruiting advertisements
Conduct reverse prospecting and resume searches
Source and engage qualified candidates
Track recruiting performance and lead generation metrics
Recruiting Marketing & Nurture
Add all qualified prospects to Follow Up Boss and recruiting campaigns
Execute long-term
Share agent success stories, testimonials, training highlights, and company updates
Maintain database hygiene and segmentation
Build familiarity, trust, and engagement over time
Social Media Recruiting
Engage with prospects across Instagram,
Monitor agent activity and identify recruiting opportunities
Like, comment, and interact strategically with target prospects
Leverage Oz Group and Joe Oz content to nurture relationships
Generate conversations and appointments through social engagement
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records in Follow Up Boss
Track all conversations, appointments, and recruiting activities
Update pipeline stages daily
Ensure complete CRM compliance
Manage appointment confirmations and follow-up tasks
Reporting & Accountability
Track recruiting KPIs and pipeline performance
Maintain recruiting dashboards
Report on recruiting funnel metrics and lead sources
Analyze recruiting campaign effectiveness
Continuously improve recruiting performance through data and insights

Preferred Experience
Recruiting, talent acquisition, or business development experience
Real estate recruiting experience (preferred but not required)
CRM experience
Social media prospecting experience
Sales or outbound prospecting background
