# AI Automation & Systems Builder
We are looking for a hungry, self-motivated AI Automation & Systems Builder based in the Philippines.
This is not a basic virtual assistant job. We are looking for someone who can help us build systems, dashboards, automations, and better workflows that make the company run faster, smarter, and more organized.
You do not need to have a formal technical background, but you must be comfortable learning new tools, figuring things out, testing ideas, and improving systems.
We are looking for someone who is excited to build, not just follow instructions.
## What You’ll Help Build
You may help us with projects such as:
* A company dashboard to track important business information, open issues, tasks, orders, and team performance
* A reorder dashboard that shows which products are running low, what needs to be reordered, what is already on order, supplier follow-up status, estimated arrival dates, and urgent priority items
* Automations between different tools, forms,
* Customer service workflows that help us track issues, questions, follow-ups, and resolutions
* A customer interactive proofing system where customers can review proofs, approve them, request changes, and track status
* Internal systems to reduce manual work and prevent things from falling through the cracks
* Workflows using Codex or other AI coding tools
* Better SOPs, checklists, and tracking systems
* Reports and dashboards that help us see what needs attention quickly
## Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
* Hungry to grow
* Self-motivated
* Curious
* Resourceful
* Organized
* Detail-oriented
* Comfortable using AI tools
* Comfortable learning new software and systems
* Good at solving problems
* Willing to test, fail, fix, and improve
* Able to follow up without being chased
* Able to communicate clearly
* Honest about what they know and what they still need to learn
* The kind of person who takes ownership and keeps going until the work is done properly
We do not need someone who knows everything already.
We need someone who can think, learn, test, follow up, and find a way.
## Helpful Skills
These skills are helpful, but you do not need to have all of them:
* ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools
* Codex or AI coding tools
* Excel or Google Sheets
* Dashboards and reports
* Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar automation tools
* Google Forms, Typeform, Jotform, or similar form tools
* Apps Script or basic coding
* Customer service systems
* Ecommerce systems
* SOP creation
* Data organization
* Project tracking tools
A technical background is helpful, but not required. What matters more is that you are a strong problem-solver, comfortable learning new tools, and excited to build systems that make the company run better.
## Important Application Rule
Do not use AI to answer this application.
This job requires AI skills, but your application must come from you. I want to see your real thinking, real experience, and real personality.
If your answers sound generic, overly polished, or like they were copied from ChatGPT, your application will be skipped.
Answer honestly and specifically. Short, real, clear answers are better than long AI-written answers.
## Follow-Up Requirement
If you want this job, you must follow up after applying.
We may not answer your first message right away. We are looking for someone who is hungry, takes initiative, and does not wait around passively.
After you apply, send a follow-up message explaining why you believe you are the right person for this role and what you would be excited to help build for our company.
A strong follow-up will make your application stand out.
## To Apply
Please answer the questions below carefully.
Applications with vague, lazy, or generic answers will not be considered.
# Application Questions
Please answer these yourself. Do not use AI to write your answers.
1. Why do you want this job?
2. Why do you think you are the right person for this role?
3. What does being “hungry” in a job mean to you?
4. Tell me about a time you cared so much about finishing a project that you pushed yourself harder than expected. What was the project, what happened, and how did it turn out?
5. Tell me about a time there was an urgent deadline and the work was not finished yet. What did you personally do?
6. When you are working on a project and you realize it will take longer than expected, what do you usually do? Give a real example.
7. What was the last project you became a little obsessed with finishing? Why did it matter to you?
8. Give an example of a time you had to figure something out without clear instructions. What did you do?
9. Tell me about your experience with tools, systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, automations, AI tools, or coding. You do not need formal technical training, but I want to understand what you have actually used, built, tested, or learned.
10. Have you ever built a dashboard before? If yes, what did it track and what tool did you use?
11. If we asked you to build a company dashboard, what information would you want to understand first?

13. Have you ever created an automation before? What tools did you use and what did the automation do?
14. Have you ever used Codex or an AI coding tool to build or fix something? What did you build?

16. What tools would you consider using for a customer proofing system?
17. What is one business process you think AI can improve, but should not fully control?
18. Tell me about one project you are proud of. What was the problem, what did you do, and what was the result?
19. What are you strongest at: automation, spreadsheets, coding, dashboards, customer systems, operations, or something else? Explain.
20. What are you still learning?
21. How do you handle it when something you built does not work?
22. How do you follow up when someone does not answer you?
23. What hours can you work in Philippine time?
24. Are you looking for full-time, part-time, or project-based work?
25. What is your expected monthly salary in PHP?
26. Please send proof of your work if you have it: screenshots, screen recordings, sample dashboards, automations, spreadsheets, systems, or anything you built.
27. After applying, please send a separate follow-up message telling us why you should be chosen for this role.
# Required Follow-Up Message
After applying, you must send a follow-up message.
Your follow-up should answer:
* Why do you want this job?
* Why do you think you are the right person?
* What makes you hungry and self-motivated?
* What is one system, dashboard, automation, or tool you would be excited to help build?
* Why should we choose you over someone else?
