Virtual Assistant (Full-Time) – Digital Marketing Agency
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing digital marketing agency. This is a full-
time remote position based in the Philippines. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Attention to
detail is the most important qualification for this role. We are looking for someone who catches mistakes before
others do, follows processes carefully, and consistently delivers work that is polished and professional.
This position starts immediately.
Work Schedule
? Full-time (40 hours per week)
? Hours must be worked between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time (CST)
? Employees may choose their own schedule within those hours
? Bi-weekly pay via Payoneer
? We cover Payoneer transaction fees
? 90-day probationary period
Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations
? Maintain organized business records and documentation
? Assist with billing and invoicing tasks
? Keep spreadsheets, databases, and tracking documents accurate and up to date
? Maintain project documentation within Notion
? Prepare and deliver weekly reporting updates
? Follow established processes and document new procedures when necessary
Marketing Support
? Schedule social media content across multiple platforms
? Assist with increasing social media engagement and followers
? Monitor and manage Google Reviews for client accounts
? Upload, format, and publish blog content on WordPress websites
? Perform basic SEO optimization on blog posts after publishing
? Review websites for content accuracy, formatting issues, broken links, and overall quality
GoHighLevel Support
? Work within GoHighLevel to manage contacts, workflows, forms, pipelines, and automation tasks
? Troubleshoot common GoHighLevel issues
? Support CRM organization and maintenance
? Follow company SOPs and implement agency processes
? Previous GoHighLevel experience is required
Content Review & Quality Control
? Proofread website content, blogs,
? Identify grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistency issues
? Ensure all client-facing content meets professional standards
? Conduct final quality checks before content is published
Required Qualifications
? Exceptional attention to detail
? Excellent written and verbal English skills
? Strong proofreading and editing abilities
? Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
? Previous experience using GoHighLevel
? Experience using ChatGPT and AI tools professionally
? Strong organizational and time-management skills
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
? Reliable high-speed internet connection
? Professional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience with WordPress
? Basic understanding of SEO principles
? Experience scheduling social media content
? Experience with Notion
? Experience with Canva
? Previous experience working for a marketing agency
? Backup power source available during outages
Training & Support
While previous experience with GoHighLevel and ChatGPT is required, training will be provided on our specific
systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Hiring Process
