JOB OVERVIEW

Position: B2B Outbound Sales Rep (Accounting and HR)
Type: Part-time (~9 hours a week)
Schedule: 3 days a week, 2-3 hours per day (PST Hours)
Work Set-up: Remote/Home-based (Reliable internet 100+ Mbps, headset, laptop/PC required)
Compensation: $4-$5/per hour base pay


We are a growing accounting firm based in San Jose, California, and we are looking for an experienced cold caller to help us turn cold leads into prospective clients. You will be responsible for calling targeted B2B leads for 2-3 hours per day, three times a week, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a call tracker to submit to the owner after every shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted B2B cold calls to businesses.
- Qualify leads and successfully book appointments/consultations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date call and lead records in our tracker.
- Collaborate closely with our owner on goals, script optimization, and progress.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven B2B cold calling experience (experience in accounting, or professional services is a major plus).
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Proven sales track record (real life numbers/metrics to back it up).
- Flexibility to work during standard PST business hours.

This position is ideal for a seasoned sales professional looking for a flexible, steady part-time role that only requires nine (9) hours of your week. We value professionals who have a keen eye for detail, remain organized under pressure, and want to grow with our team.

You don’t need to be an accountant, but you understand basic business terms (e.g., Bookkeeping, Payroll, ROI, Compliance).
