???? Growth Social Media Manager Wanted — Help Us Build a Viral Content Machine
We’re scaling a high-performance brand and personal brand ecosystem with one objective:
explode organic reach and build a scalable content machine capable of generating millions of monthly views.
We are looking for a Growth Social Media Manager to own and orchestrate the entire organic content engine across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
This is not a content posting role.
We’re looking for someone who understands why content performs, not just how to publish it.

???? Your Role & Responsibilities
? Own Organic Growth End-to-End — Ideation, scripting, production coordination, publishing, analysis, and iteration. You own results, not excuses.
? Build a High-Volume Content Engine — Publish consistently and scale output while maintaining performance standards.
? Performance Optimization — Analyze watch time, retention curves, CTR, engagement, and audience growth to guide decisions.
? AI Workflow Ownership — Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, automation tools) to accelerate research, scripting, and content production.
? Hook & Retention Mastery — Constantly test and refine openings, pacing, and structure to maximize performance.
? Trend & Format Research — Identify emerging opportunities and adapt formats quickly.
? Repurposing Systems — Turn one strong idea into multiple platform-ready pieces of content.
? Systematic, Owner-Mindset Approach — Build repeatable frameworks, document learnings, and continuously improve performance.
???? Who We’re Looking For
?? Proven experience growing at least one social media account from 0 to 50,000+ followers organically
?? At least 3 pieces of content with 100,000+ views (proof required)
?? Strong understanding of TikTok / Reels / Shorts algorithms, hooks, and retention optimization
?? Experience publishing high-volume content consistently (20+ pieces per month)
?? Demonstrated experience using AI tools to scale content workflows
?? Data-driven mindset — comfortable analyzing watch time, CTR, retention, and engagement metrics
?? High execution speed, extreme ownership, and bias toward action
?? Nice to have: video editing, content repurposing systems, or basic paid ads understanding
?? You’re fluent in English – You communicate clearly, explain your strategy, and collaborate seamlessly with creative, media, and engineering teams.
