JOB OVERVIEW

Workload: Daily clip sourcing

Responsibilities

* Find and source clips for YouTube Shorts and other short-form content platforms on a daily basis.
* Identify high-potential viral clips.
* Search for clips using TikTok (following our method) or any other effective platforms and sourcing techniques.
* Stay up to date with trends and understand what content performs well.
* Avoid overused clips that have already been heavily circulated on YouTube Shorts.

Requirements

* Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and viral content.
* Good sense of trends and audience engagement.
* Ability to quickly find high-quality source material.
* Reliable and able to work consistently.
* Previous experience with short-form content is a plus.
