As a Business Travel Specialist, you'll provide assistance to professionals facing itinerary changes, flight disruptions, cancellations, rebookings, and other urgent travel-related concerns. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer support when travel plans don't go as expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to business travelers requiring changes to their travel arrangements
- Manage flight rebookings, ticket exchanges, cancellations, and itinerary modifications through Amadeus
- Assist travelers impacted by delays, missed connections, schedule adjustments, and other disruptions
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental providers, and other travel partners to resolve travel issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate booking information and traveler records
- Ensure travel arrangements align with company policies and client requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone and
- Record customer interactions and update internal systems accordingly
- Monitor incoming requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and service commitments
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in corporate travel support, travel operations, or a related travel services role
- Hands-on experience using Amadeus
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Sabre or other Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Leadership experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, Trainer, or Manager
- Knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing processes
- Experience coordinating complete travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
