About The Role
We are hiring a sharp, experienced Virtual Assistant to support our marketing agency with:
Backend systems
Client onboarding
Data accuracy
Software management
This is NOT a beginner role.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience, who is already confident with tools, systems, and problem-solving — not someone who needs constant guidance.

Working Hours
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK Time)

Pay
$1,500/month + performance bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, Slides) to a high standard
Updating and maintaining ---------- boards with 100?curacy
Handling client onboarding setup across multiple systems
Working inside GoHighLevel daily, including:
Building and managing workflows & automations
Creating and editing landing pages
Managing account setups and structure
Troubleshooting issues quickly and independently
Keeping all systems organised, clean, and up to date
Supporting managers/CEO with ad-hoc technical projects, including:
Landing page builds
Automation improvements
System optimisation
Following SOPs precisely and executing tasks without errors

What You Must Be Strong At
GoHighLevel (HIGH PRIORITY)
Workflows & automations
Landing page building
System organisation & troubleshooting
Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

Slack, Loom, and general remote tools
Basic understanding of Meta Ads (not advanced, but familiar)
Learning new systems quickly
Solving technical problems independently

Requirements
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail (no sloppy work)
Able to follow SOPs exactly
Highly organised and structured
Fast execution speed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and consistent

Can identify and fix problems without being told
