JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing boutique cohosting management company managing multiple short-term rental (STR) properties through Airbnb, VRBO, and direct booking platforms. We are looking for an organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our operations and help manage our properties efficiently.

Responsibilities
-Guest communications (pre-booking questions, check-in/check-out instructions, guest support)
-Coordinate and manage Airbnb listings
-Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams
-Claims resolution and issue handling
-Monitor guest reviews and respond appropriately and professionally
-Property monitoring
-Perform market research and reach out to potential properties
-Assist with various property management and coordination tasks as needed
-Passion for guest hospitality. Five star reviews do not come any other way.

*This is an all-around property management role where you will gain experience in different operational and coordination tasks. You will not be doing just one thing.

Requirements
-At least 2 years of experience in virtual assistance, property management, or Airbnb-related work
-Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Tech-savvy and comfortable using platforms such as Airbnb and Hospitable
-Able to work independently and take initiative
-Reliable internet connection with backup internet/power option
-Ability to work during US PST hours
-Must be reliable, committed, and professional
-We are specifically looking for someone seeking a long-term position and who can maintain consistent communication and attendance

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience using tools such as Hospitable, PriceLabs, Vrbo, Slack, Breezeway, OpenPhone, Ring, Eufy, or other PMS systems
-Customer service background
-Familiarity with property maintenance coordination
