We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused tea ---------- mber who enjoys helping people and solving problems.

Position Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will assist clients throughout their journey with CarTurf, from onboarding and vehicle registration to insurance renewals, payments, fines, documentation, and general account support.

This role requires excellent communication skills in both German and English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and WhatsApp.
Assist customers with vehicle registration and ownership processes.
Help customers understand insurance, vehicle tax, and registration requirements.
Follow up on outstanding documents and customer requests.
Coordinate with insurance companies, registration offices, and service providers.
Provide updates on customer cases and ensure timely resolution.

Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate customer records in our systems.
Prepare and review registration and insurance documentation.
Monitor renewals, payments, and compliance deadlines.
Assist with invoicing and payment tracking.
Translate and explain official German documents when necessary.

Internal Coordination
Work closely with operations and management teams.
Escalate complex cases when required.
Help improve support processes and customer experience.

Requirements

Must Have
Proficient German (written and spoken) - MUST! Do not apply if you don't have this skill!
Proficient English (written and spoken) - MUST! Do not apply if you don't have this skill!
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Professional and friendly customer service attitude
Comfortable working with online systems and software

Nice to Have
Experience in customer support, administration, or operations
Knowledge of German vehicle registration processes (Zulassungsstelle)
Knowledge of German insurance systems
Experience with CRM software
Additional language skills (Russian, French, Spanish, etc.)
