Media Buyer / Marketing Specialist

Full Time // Weekly Payout // Long term opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Media Buyer / Marketing Specialist to join our team.
This role is responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, monitoring ad performance and costs, developing marketing strategies, and creating or directing high-converting ad creatives for our clients.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook), understands performance marketing, and has a strong eye for creative content that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
-Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, and key metrics.
-Analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
-Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase lead generation and conversions.
-Create, edit, or direct the development of ad creatives, including images, graphics, and short-form video content.
-Write or assist with compelling ad copy and campaign messaging.
-Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, ad copy, and campaign structures.
-Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
-Track and report on KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
-Work closely with internal teams and clients to align campaigns with business objectives.
-Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Media Buyer, Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Experience creating, editing, or directing ad creatives that generate results.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.
Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
