Real Estate Media Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, with Full-Time Potential)
About the Role
We're a real estate media company looking for a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to help keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a part-time role with a clear path to full-time for the right person.
What You'll Be Doing
Quality checking photos and videos before they go to clients, ensuring every deliverable meets our standards
Coordinating with our editing team to manage turnaround times and flag revisions
Organizing and maintaining file systems across cloud storage platforms
Managing workflows and tracking jobs through project management tools
Assisting with social media content preparation and scheduling
Handling general back-end business operations and administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Experience in real estate photography/media is a big plus
Comfortable working with Google Drive and/or Dropbox for file organization
Familiarity with Lightroom and/or Photoshop (you don't need to edit, but you need to know what good looks like)
Experience with or willingness to learn tools like Slack,
Social media content creation experience
Strong attention to detail — you catch things others miss
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
Reliable internet connection and able to work during US business hours
Work Setup
Part-time to start (approximately 20 hours/week)
Strong potential to grow into a full-time role
100% remote
