JOB OVERVIEW

• LEGAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Concierge Law, by Campbell Holzhauer is now looking for a new, proactive, and long-term Virtual Assistant to join the team! Past estate planning, business, or law related experiences are not needed. However, we are looking for EXPERIENCED & COMMITTED VA’s for this position.

• PLEASE NOTE
Pay close attention to the directions and fulfill the requirements for this posting accordingly. If you were to be offered this position, you would undergo a one month long probation period to dictate if your work ethic is sufficient for Concierge Law.

We are looking for someone who:

• RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Through your time in Concierge Law you will be given various tasks to uphold with proficiency. This includes but is not limited to:

? Maintaining organized digital case files, task systems, and online housekeeping.
? Managing calendars, inboxes, and client communications with professionalism.
? Drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents with human judgment.
? Keeping client matters organized, prepared, and on schedule.
? Answering incoming calls while assisting clients with care.
? Conducting research and ensuring accurate data entry.

This is a full-time, long-term position. It is NOT project based. Weekly pay via Wise every Monday will range from PHP 325–375 per hour. Depending on experience as well as progressive performance, we offer raises and bonuses for outstanding tea ---------- mbers.
