This is not a "wait to be told what to do" role. We need someone who creates, gets approval, posts, and follows through, even when we're busy and not chasing them down. We are a fast-paced ministry. If you take joy in your work and love seeing content go from raw footage to finished posts, you'll do well here.
**What You'll Own**
YouTube
- Keep our channel updated after every service (2x per week)
- Create a custom thumbnail for each message
- Write and update video titles and descriptions
Podcast
- Pull the audio from each message and upload it to our podcast platforms
Social Media (via Metricool)
- Schedule and publish all posts through Metricool
- Write strong, on-brand captions
- Create a minimum of 3 to 5 posts per week
Photography & Repurposing
- Pull photos our photographer uploads to Dropbox on Sundays and after events
- Cull, edit, and repurpose them into usable content
- Use quotes we've saved, and proactively find new quotes worth sharing
Video
- Strong CapCut skills required
- Overlay message audio onto DSLR video and sync it cleanly
- Repurpose long-form content into shorter, shareable clips
Graphics
- Create graphics for upcoming church events and announcements
- Match or raise the visual standard
Files & Workflow
- Comfortable working in Dropbox to access raw assets and deliver finished files
AI Tools
- You must be comfortable using Claude AI as part of your daily workflow for content, captions, and ideas
**Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Big Plus)**
- Creating
- Running and managing
- Updating Planning Center
**Who We're Looking For**
- A finisher. You create, submit for approval, post, and follow through without being chased
- Excellent eye for design and storytelling at a professional standard
- A trendsetter, not a trend-follower, who brings fresh ideas to the table
- Skilled at finding quotes and turning content into video
- Organized enough to keep a 2x weekly service rhythm plus events
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Reliable communicator
**Details**
- Hours: Part-time, no more than 15 to 20 hours per week
- Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skill
- Schedule: Flexible. Work whenever you want. I don't care about set hours. What I care about is consistent content, deadlines met, and clear communication.
