JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established Australian Sales and Marketing Agency representing Global surf/lifestyle brands.

We are looking for someone experienced in sales, marketing and customer care to assist with the following tasks in a Part Time Capacity.

Responsibilities:

Order entry and sales administration
Customer service support
B2B Ordering Platform Management
Klaviyo EDM creation and scheduling
Database management
Reporting and spreadsheet maintenance
Basic Canva graphic creation

Experience with Outlook, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, B2B Wholesale/retail platofrms and customer service essential.

We are looking for someone long term, with an eye for detail, excellent communication and who is keen to grow with our business.
