At 410K9 Dog Training, we’re on a mission to help dog owners build stronger relationships with their dogs through world-class training and engaging educational content. Social media plays a huge role in that mission, and we’re looking for a talented Video Editor to help us create content that informs, inspires, and drives results.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates proactively, and understands how to create videos that capture and keep attention. If you enjoy storytelling, creativity, and continuous growth, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Edit long-form YouTube content, client transformation stories, and educational dog training videos.
Add captions, graphics, transitions, sound effects, and music to increase engagement.
Organize and manage raw footage while maintaining an efficient editing workflow.
Repurpose existing content into multiple formats across different social media platforms.
Work closely with the business owner and marketing team to execute content strategies.
Ensure all content aligns with the 410K9 brand and maintains a consistent editing style.
Meet deadlines consistently and communicate proactively regarding project progress.
Accept feedback professionally and make revisions when needed.

Qualifications / Requirements

1-2 years of experience in video editing or a related creative field.
Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
Experience creating engaging short-form social media content.
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, audience retention, and creating compelling hooks.
Ability to add captions, graphics, and branded visual elements.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Reliable internet connection and access to your own editing equipment.
Experience in the pet industry or content marketing is a plus but not required.
A portfolio showcasing previous editing work is strongly preferred.
Willingness to work on Eastern time zone (EST) and be available for tea ---------- etings
