About Us
We are a fast-growing residential real estate investment and construction company focused on fixing and flipping houses. We complete renovation projects across multiple trades and are looking to build a stronger, larger in-house construction team with top-tier talent.
We are hiring a full-time Hiring Specialist / Construction Recruiter whose entire role is focused on sourcing, interviewing, and bringing on skilled construction workers across all trades.
This is a high-impact role inside a rapidly growing company where recruiting great people directly affects how fast we can scale.
Your Responsibilities
• Source talented construction workers across all trades including:
o General labor
o Framers
o Drywall crews
o Painters
o Flooring installers
o Plumbers
o Electricians
o HVAC technicians
o Roofers
o Carpenters
o Handymen
o Tile installers
o Project managers
o Punch-out crews
• Conduct phone and video interviews
• Evaluate candidate experience, professionalism, communication, and reliability
• Build recruiting pipelines using:
o
o Indeed
o Craigslist
o Referral systems
o Local networking
o Job boards
o Social media outreach
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain organized candidate tracking systems
• Help onboard new hires and subcontractors
• Continuously recruit to strengthen our labor force and vendor network
What We’re Looking For
• Previous recruiting, hiring, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting for construction companies is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Ability to identify high-quality workers quickly
• Organized and self-motivated
• Comfortable making high volumes of calls and outreach daily
• Strong judgment on character, professionalism, and work ethic
• Ability to move fast and help scale a growing company
