JOB OVERVIEW

I run faceless short-form TikTok accounts in the music/rap commentary niche. I need a reliable editor to turn scripts + clips into fast-paced, highly-edited 30–60 second videos, working to a fixed template so the look stays consistent every time.
This is repeatable, predictable work. Once you learn the template, every video follows the same recipe — no guesswork. If you're fast and consistent, this grows into full-time and a lead role training other editors.
What you'll be doing:

Editing 30–60s vertical (9:16) faceless videos from a script I provide
Matching a locked style I'll give you reference videos for: rapid ~1-second cuts, subject cut-outs placed on a clean background, bold colour-coded captions (money = green, names = yellow, etc.) animated word-by-word, tight sound effects synced to every cut, AI voiceover, upbeat music bed
Sourcing/cutting the clips and images (or working from ones I provide)
Hitting a consistent daily/weekly output

Must have:

Proven experience editing fast-paced faceless short-form (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) — NOT vlogs or talking-head
Strong CapCut skills (or Premiere/DaVinci) — keyframing, masking/cut-outs, multi-track audio
An eye for SFX timing and clean colour-coded captions
Reliable, fast turnaround and good written English

Nice to have:

Background-removal / subject cut-out speed
AI tools (image gen, face/expression edits)
Genuine interest in music/rap (helps with clip selection)
