JOB OVERVIEW

*This is NOT remote-only online work.

You must live in the Baguio City / La Trinidad / nearby Benguet area and be able to do local field work in approved public or community areas.

I am looking for a reliable, mature, and professional assistant for a part-time local field outreach and social introduction project.

This is a real paid part-time contractor role starting with a paid trial. Good performers may continue on a renewable monthly basis.

Hindi ito remote-only work. Hindi ito scam. Hindi ito networking or MLM. Hindi ito commission-only. Wala kang babayarang upfront.

WHAT THE WORK IS:

- You will go to assigned public or community areas.
- You will speak with selected people politely.
- You will explain a simple personal introduction.
- You will collect basic contact information only from people who are genuinely interested.
- You will send clear reports after each shift.

This is not random canvassing. You are not bothering everyone. You are approaching selected people respectfully and professionally.

WHAT THE WORK IS NOT:

- Not remote-only work.
- Not MLM or networking.
- Not commission-only.
- Not adult work.
- Not door-to-door sales.
- Not random street canvassing.
- Not a job where you pay anything upfront.

LOCATION:

- This role is for the Baguio City / La Trinidad / nearby Benguet general area.
- Applicants from nearby areas may be considered if they can work in approved public areas around Baguio City, La Trinidad, or nearby Benguet locations.
- You do not need to travel far unless a specific trip is approved in advance.

BEST FIT:

- Mature, discreet, reliable, and professional.
- Comfortable speaking politely with people in public.
- Good judgment and attention to detail.
- Able to follow instructions exactly.
- Knows the Baguio / La Trinidad / Benguet area well.
- Good English for communication and reporting.
- Tagalog for local communication.
- Ilocano, Kankanaey, or Ibaloi is helpful, but not required.
- Smartphone with reliable mobile data.
- Good enough camera for basic work verification.
- Customer service, sales, recruitment, field outreach, promo work, BPO, teaching, admin work, community work, reporting, or mobile communication experience is helpful.

SCHEDULE:

- Part-time field work by assignment.
- Field windows may include lunch, afternoon, or early evening.
- Some assignments may use a split-shift schedule.
- A short end-of-shift report is required after every completed field assignment.

COMPENSATION:

- Paid trial first.
- Guaranteed base pay for properly completed assigned work.
- Transport/data allowance when needed.
- Verified performance bonuses available for high-quality results.
- Daily or weekly payment arrangement may be discussed before the first assignment.

This is not commission-only. There is guaranteed pay for properly completed assigned work.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

During scheduled field hours only, the assistant must be willing to provide:

- Live location sharing.
- Timestamped field updates.
- Basic activity reports.
- Fresh camera photos when needed for verification.
- Occasional video check-ins during work hours.
- End-of-shift summary report.

No location sharing is required outside scheduled working hours.
