•Previous experience in guest communication/reservations within hospitality
•Previous use of hotel/hospitality reservation systems
•Ability to learn new tasks quickly
•Consistency & accuracy in detail
•Skilled in guest communications, both written and verbal
•Enjoy learning new AI skills

About our Position - Main SA running tasks
•Overseeing the full reservation process, from booking until the final review after checkout
•Responding promptly to incoming guest messages/calls, also via mobile device (7 days per week)
•Create & edit bookings on our channel manager
•Monitor payments and chase them if required
•Regular communication with our operational team regarding guest requests or maintenance issues
•Updating and creating new listings on multiple platforms (Airbnb, ---------- and others)
•Respond to reviews via the different platforms
•Assisting with general admin tasks

This position is for an average of 40 hours per week. These hours can be spent flexibly, but responding to guest messages/calls in reasonable timescale between UK GMT 8am-10pm.

Most important things are working accurately and that you respond swiftly to the guest messages within the working hours as stated above, 7 days per week. All other admin tasks can be scheduled at your own convenience.

Skills required:
•Prioritising tasks to ensure no delay in getting guest critical information out to the team

•Sensitivity with guests when there is a customer query or something needs attention

•Very good in working with apps in general and finding solutions themselves

•Excellent English both in verbal and writing with great communication skills towards guests

•Good customer service and problem-solving skill required

•2 years serviced accommodation/Hospitality Bookings, VA experience, less time will be considered with exceptional candidates

•Preferred knowledge of Guesty (our PMS) or similar

•Salary: Basic monthly pay with pay review after first 6 months and then review every year

•Personal development and training opportunities

•Every month you work, you earn 1.5 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (18 days per year)

•We are happy to pay weekly during your trial period, but we pay on monthly basis thereafter
