We are looking for a skilled Google Ads / PPC Specialist to help us grow several ecommerce stores across Europe.
EM Digital Group AS is a Norwegian ecommerce company operating multiple online stores in different European markets. We sell software, digital licenses, and games through brands such as:

This is a long-term remote position for someone who is analytical, reliable, and confident working with Google Ads for ecommerce.
Compensation and work setup
$5-10$ per hour depending on experience and results
Part-time or full-time is possible.
Flexible working hours
Some regular overlap with European working hours is preferred

What you will do
Your main responsibility will be to manage and improve our paid advertising campaigns across multiple ecommerce websites.
You will work mostly with Google Ads, including:
Search campaigns
Shopping campaigns
Performance Max campaigns
Remarketing
Campaign structure and optimization
Keyword research and negative keywords
Ad copy testing
Product feed and Merchant Center improvements
Conversion tracking checks
Performance reporting
Your goal will be to help us increase profitable sales, improve ROAS, reduce wasted ad spend, and find new growth opportunities.
What we are looking for
You should have:
At least 3 years of Google Ads experience
Experience with ecommerce PPC campaigns
Good understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and profitability
Experience with Google Merchant Center
Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Ability to analyze campaign data and explain what should be improved
Good English communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
Nice to have
These are not required, but they are a plus:
Meta Ads experience
Microsoft Ads experience
WooCommerce or Shopify experience
Experience with international ecommerce
Experience with software, digital products, licenses, or gaming products
Basic understanding of SEO or conversion rate optimization

This role is for someone who does more than follow instructions.
We want someone who can look at campaign data, find problems, suggest improvements, test new ideas, and explain clearly what should be done next.
You should be comfortable taking ownership of PPC performance and helping us scale profitably across several European markets.
