JOB OVERVIEW

We're launching a new preparedness e-commerce and content brand serving Australia and the United States. The website, ~75 products, and content plan are already designed and written. We need one capable, self-directed person to **take it live in Shopify and then run it day-to-day** — so the owner can stay in a light strategic role.

This is not a basic data-entry VA role. You'll own the operation and make sensible decisions without being handed a daily task list.

**Phase 1 — Launch (first 4–6 weeks):**
- Build the store in Shopify from supplied design files (13 finished pages)
- Set up two markets (AU + US) using Shopify Markets, connect the domain (already owned)
- Load ~75 products into two collections, tagged correctly (in-stock / backorder / affiliate)
- Configure payments, tax, shipping, and geo-targeted affiliate links (Lasso or ---------- )
- Connect an email tool + lead-magnet guides; coordinate legal-page review

**Phase 2 — Run it (ongoing, ~20 hrs/week):**
- Process orders, manage a small seed inventory, coordinate fulfilment and returns
- Publish content from our existing SEO plan (AI-assisted drafting is encouraged)
- Keep affiliate links and prices current; add/retire products as demand shows
- Answer customer enquiries in a calm, honest brand voice
- Watch for demand spikes (weather events, supply disruptions) and act fast
- Report to the owner in a 45-minute weekly meeting with decisions pre-framed

**You must have:**
- Hands-on Shopify experience (built or run a real store)
- Fluent, natural written English in a calm, trustworthy tone
- Comfort using AI tools for content and operations
- Self-direction — you own outcomes, not just tasks
- Reliable overlap with AU business hours

**Nice to have:** Shopify Markets / multi-region, affiliate marketing ( ---------- ), basic SEO, e-commerce customer service, email marketing tools.
