JOB OVERVIEW

Plush Tow & Transport, a US-based towing & transport company in St. Charles, Missouri, is hiring a remote tow dispatcher immediately. You must be able to WORK THE MOTOR-CLUB PORTALS - not just answer phones.

We run most of our calls through Nation Safe Drivers (NSD), plus Agero, Allstate, GEICO, and cash clubs. You will review incoming job offers, accept the ones that fit our selection criteria, decline the rest, and keep our drivers moving. You will be the first line of communication between our drivers and ownership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor incoming job offers across our portals (NSD, Agero, Allstate, GEICO, cash clubs) and select jobs that fit our criteria
- Dispatch jobs to drivers and coordinate/communicate with them throughout each call
- Manage call flow - make sure jobs that aren't being answered/accepted quickly enough get handled
- Answer the phone promptly
- Log every accepted job (Rep Name + Extension, Approval Timestamp, and PAG/Ticket #)
- Escalate workflow problems to the owner / senior management
- Log problematic customers, yards, and recurring issues for the team

ACCEPTANCE RULES:
GREEN-LIGHT (accept): base pay >= $50 AND within home territory (no long deadhead) AND eligible service type (no flat-rate-fee-only jobs) AND a truck is available without bumping a higher-value job.
RED-LIGHT (decline): pay below cost-to-run; out-of-territory/heavy deadhead; service flagged as 'Flat Rate Fee not eligible' or chargeback-prone; or scheduling conflicts.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and spoken English (phone work with drivers)
- Reliable high-speed internet + backup power/connection
- Comfortable with web portals, Google Sheets, and dispatch software (Towbook a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Available to work US Central Time hours (coverage until 5:00 PM CST)
- Dispatch, logistics, customer service, or motor-club portal experience preferred (will train the right person)

NICE TO HAVE: experience with NSD, Agero, Allstate, GEICO, or other roadside/motor-club platforms; towing/transportation background.
