COMPENSATION
• $2,000 USD per month base salary
• $50 USD commission for each new account closed
• Additional $250 USD bonus for every 10 new accounts closed
• Expected earnings of $2,500–$5,000+ per month for top performers
• Full-time remote position

ABOUT US
We provide a specialized SaaS platform exclusively for California Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs), with a particular focus on 6-bed assisted living homes.
Unlike most sales positions, all leads are provided. We maintain a database of over 7,000 assisted living owner and operator contacts (decision makers) throughout California.
All leads and contact information are provided. No lead generation, list building, prospect research, or contact sourcing is required. You will be speaking directly with facility owners, administrators, and decision-makers. No gatekeeper-heavy prospecting required.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional who can engage owners and decision-makers, build relationships, demonstrate value, and consistently close new accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct outbound calls to assisted living owners and operators
• Execute targeted
• Manage and maintain accurate CRM records
• Conduct product demonstrations and discovery calls.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Close new subscription accounts
• Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline
• Provide ongoing activity, pipeline, and sales reports
• Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and process improvements
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
• Avg 50 outbound calls per day
• 50–75 outbound
• Daily CRM updates and activity tracking
• Weekly pipeline reviews and sales reporting
• Consistent achievement of monthly sales targets
• Professional and timely follow-up with all prospects
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• California Assisted Living industry experience is strongly preferred but not required
• Experience selling into Assisted Living, Senior Living, Home Health, Hospice, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Medical Staffing, Healthcare Technology (Healthcare SaaS), or Healthcare Services
Because many of our customers are owner-operated businesses, experience with small business owners, healthcare operators, or senior living providers is highly valued. Management will provide industry-specific training.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3 years of outbound sales experience
• Experience closing sales over the phone and through virtual presentations is required.
• Proven track record of closing sales
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience selling to U.S.-based customers
• CRM experience (we use Zoho services)
• Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
