The Executive Assistant serves as a force multiplier for executive leadership across a portfolio of high-end fashion retail locations. You will own the operational rhythm of the office — schedules, communications, technology, and marketing outreach — while anticipating needs before they're voiced. You'll interact with industry icons, brand partners, and senior stakeholders on a daily basis. We do not require any experience — only a smart, motivated candidate.
Full calendar and schedule management for senior leadership; proactive conflict resolution and prioritization
Inbound and outbound call handling in English — representing the brand with poise and discretion. You must be highly fluent with minimal accent.
Marketing outreach coordination: drafting communications, managing contact lists, tracking campaign follow-ups
Technology stack ownership: setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting tools the team relies on daily
Briefing executives before meetings, calls, and events — synthesizing context, not just passing notes
Managing relationships with vendors, press contacts, and brand partners on behalf of the executive office
Identifying process gaps and implementing technology (AI) solutions — independently, with minimal instructions.
Requirements:
Native or near-native English fluency, written and spoken
Calm, professional phone presence
Strong technology instincts — learns new tools fast
High organizational bandwidth under pressure
Discretion with sensitive information
