About the Role

We are seeking an AI Software Engineer with exceptional English communication skills to serve as a technical representative for our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is attending interviews, video meetings, client discussions, and technical conversations on behalf of our team.

The ideal candidate must be highly confident speaking English during live meetings and capable of communicating professionally with clients, candidates, and business partners.

Technical experience is important, but communication skills are the highest priority for this position.

Primary Responsibilities

* Attend video meetings, interviews, and technical discussions on behalf of our team.
* Represent our team professionally during client and candidate interactions.
* Conduct introductory interviews with software engineering candidates.
* Communicate clearly and confidently in English during live meetings.
* Explain technical concepts in a professional and understandable manner.
* Participate in project discussions and planning sessions.
* Provide meeting summaries and feedback to the team.

Secondary Responsibilities

* Assist with AI software development tasks when needed.
* Support AI application development and integration projects.
* Collaborate with developers and project stakeholders.
* Work with Python, APIs, AI tools, and modern software technologies.
* Contribute to technical discussions and solution planning.
