About the Role
We're hiring an Inside Sales Agent with hands-on HVAC knowledge to handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and turn customer inquiries into booked appointments and closed sales. The right person can talk confidently about heating and cooling systems, answer technical questions on the spot, and make customers feel taken care of from the first call. Speed matters — you must be fast to pick up the phone. Every ring is a potential customer, and we don't let them go to voicemail.
What You'll Do

Pick up the phone FAST — answer incoming calls immediately, every time
Respond to incoming calls, texts, and web leads quickly and professionally
Answer customer questions about HVAC systems, services, pricing, and scheduling
Qualify leads and match customers to the right service or product
Follow up with prospects and keep the pipeline moving
Book service appointments and coordinate with the field team
Log activity and customer details accurately in our CRM

What We're Looking For

HVAC experience or strong working knowledge is required — you should be able to confidently answer common customer questions about heating, cooling, installs, and repairs
Fast to pick up the phone — quick response time is critical
Proven sales or customer service background (inside sales a plus)
Available to work full-time, 7 days a week
Clear, friendly phone presence and strong communication skills
Comfortable with CRM software and basic computer tools
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
