Now Hiring: Virtual Assistant — Psych Wellness Spa (Remote)

Psych Wellness Spa, a fully remote telehealth psychiatric practice serving California, is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our clinical and administrative operations.

What you'll do:

Patient intake, scheduling, and communication
EHR data entry and chart management
Medical billing, insurance eligibility checks, and claims follow-up
General administrative support across telehealth workflows

Requirements:

Fluent, professional English (written and verbal)
Hands-on experience with EHR systems and medical billing
HIPAA awareness and willingness to sign a BAA (you'll handle sensitive patient information with discretion)
Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and basic tech troubleshooting skills
Self-directed and comfortable with async remote work

Bonus points for:

Experience with Spruce Health, Headway, or insurance credentialing (CAQH)
Background supporting a mental health or telehealth practice
