JOB OVERVIEW

About us. On Peak Brands runs ---------- , one of the largest personalized-gift stores of its kind, built over 23+ years from a single mall kiosk to 1,500+ SKUs, 150+ collections, and 1,000,000+ customers. We are a small, systems-driven team based in Florida. We move fast and we expect the people who join us to own their lane.

The role. We are hiring one person to own and run our Shopify channel. Not to take tickets. To own the number. You will be accountable for the growth and profitability of the MyOrnament storefront: conversion, average order value, repeat purchase, catalog merchandising, on-site SEO, and the upcoming site rebuild. You will set the agenda, run the tests, direct our developers, and bring us results, not to-do lists.

What you will own:

The Shopify channel's performance: conversion rate, AOV, and the on-site experience.
A continuous, hypothesis-driven CRO test backlog.
Merchandising and on-site SEO across a large, seasonal catalog, including new occasion-based categories.
Project management of our Shopify rebuild, including briefing and supervising outside developers.
Listing and product-data quality to our brand and SEO standards.
Manage and collaborate with SEO agency.
Manage and collaborate with paid media agency.
Experience we require:

4 to 7 years in ecommerce, including at least 2 to 3 years owning a Shopify store's performance (not just executing tasks on one).
A track record of conversion-rate or AOV improvements you can describe with before-and-after numbers.
Fluency in GA4 and Shopify Analytics: you diagnose funnels, you do not just pull reports.
Experience merchandising a large catalog (hundreds to thousands of SKUs) with collections and metafields.
Experience running an ecommerce business through a concentrated peak season (Q4 or equivalent).
Experience project-managing a Shopify build, migration, or replatform and directing developers. You brief and supervise dev work; you are not expected to code production themes.
On-site and merchandising SEO: product and collection page optimization.
Strong written English and a track record of working autonomously with a remote, US-based team.

Nice to have:

Personalized gifts, gifting, or seasonal DTC experience.
OmniSend or comparable email-platform familiarity.
Experience inside an EOS-run company (L10, Rocks, scorecards).

How We Work
We are a founder-led business that runs lean.
We value ownership, initiative, and clear written communication. People here are trusted to take responsibility, solve problems independently, and bring ideas to the table.
We move quickly, support one another, and expect people to challenge the way things are done when they see a better path.

Most importantly we are obsessed with learning. We encourage personal and professional development.

Peak Season
Holiday Traditions does the majority of its volume during Q4.
Planning for and executing through peak season is a critical part of this role and an important contributor to overall business success.

You are right for this if you:

Have run a Shopify store as an operator, not just executed tasks on one.
Read analytics the way other people read a sentence, and can prove a change moved a number.
Have shipped CRO wins you can describe with before-and-after data.
Can direct developers without needing to be one.
Work autonomously across a US-Eastern-overlapping schedule and communicate in clear written English.

You are wrong for this if you want a defined task list handed to you each morning, or need sign-off on every decision. We are hiring this role precisely so those decisions stop coming to us.

Structure & compensation:

Full-time, long-term contractor. Remote.
Working hours with some overlap to US Eastern time.
Compensation dependant on experience with performance bonus tied to channel outcomes.

How to Apply
To help us identify candidates with genuine Shopify channel-ownership experience, please complete the following as part of your application.

Start your application with the word "STOREFRONT".

Please answer each question in 150 words or less.

Describe one change you personally made to a Shopify store that improved conversion rate or average order value. What did you change, and what happened to conversion (or AOV), sessions, and revenue? Give the before and after numbers.
Describe the largest Shopify store where you owned results, not just executed tasks. What was the catalog size, approximate annual revenue, and what were you personally accountable for?
Record a short Loom video (approximately 2 to 3 minutes). Choose any Shopify store or product detail page (ours at ---------- , or any public store) and explain:

What you would change first
Whether the opportunity is a traffic problem or a conversion problem, and how you can tell
Why you would make that change
What impact you would expect it to have

Applications that do not include all of the above information will not be considered.
