We are looking for a technical automation specialist who understands GoHighLevel and enjoys building systems that solve business problems.
YOUR PRIMARY MISSION
Your primary responsibility will be implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving automation systems for both TrueNorth Automation Solutions and future client accounts.
You should enjoy solving problems, creating workflows, improving processes, and making systems work efficiently.
INTERNAL SYSTEM OWNERSHIP (TRUENORTH FIRST)
Before supporting a large number of client accounts, your initial focus will be helping TrueNorth Automation Solutions build and optimize our own internal systems.
We believe in using the same solutions we recommend to our clients.
During your first 30-60 days, you will help:
• Build and optimize our internal GoHighLevel environment
• Implement and improve our missed-call text-back systems
• Configure and optimize our reputation management systems
• Improve our lead capture and lead nurturing workflows
• Help deploy AI-assisted customer service solutions
• Improve appointment booking and scheduling workflows
• Build internal notification and accountability systems
• Test and improve existing automations
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements
• Document implementation procedures for future tea
The goal is for TrueNorth Automation Solutions to become its own case study and operational showcase before supporting a large client base.
You will be expected to continuously identify opportunities to improve both client-facing and internal systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
GOHIGHLEVEL (GHL)
• Build workflows and automations
• Create and manage pipelines
• Configure opportunities and stages
• Create and maintain forms
• Create and maintain calendars
• Configure automated follow-up campaigns
• Configure SMS campaigns
• Configure
• Configure and maintain client environments within GoHighLevel
• Troubleshoot workflow issues
• Test automations before deployment
• Maintain CRM data integrity
AUTOMATION & SYSTEMS
• Build missed-call text-back systems
• Build lead nurture campaigns
• Build reputation management systems
• Build appointment booking workflows
• Build AI chatbot workflows
• Build client onboarding workflows
• Build internal notifications and alerts
• Configure integrations when needed
• Identify opportunities to improve automation efficiency
FULFILLMENT
• Implement solutions for client accounts
• Participate in client implementation calls
• Troubleshoot client issues
• Assist with workflow optimization
• Ensure solutions are functioning properly after implementation
• Support technical implementation during client onboarding
DOCUMENTATION
This is extremely important.
You will be required to document your implementation processes.

Compensation increases and expanded responsibilities may be available based on performance, initiative, documentation quality, contribution to company growth, and continuous improvement efforts.
