About Us
We're SoFit, a personal training studio based in Orlando, Florida. We help busy professionals get in shape through personalized coaching and a supportive client experience. We're growing and looking for one organized, people-loving person to own our client experience and day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
Client Experience
Onboard new clients (welcome messages, first-session prep, account setup)
Run regular check-ins that keep clients motivated and on track
Handle scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
Spot at-risk clients early and help keep them engaged
Collect testimonials and reviews from happy clients
Operations
Keep our training schedule running smoothly day to day
Coordinate with our coaching team so clients are matched correctly
Pull simple weekly reports (numbers, attendance, retention)
Follow and maintain our existing systems and checklists
Who You Are
Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or C2)
Warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoy helping people
Extremely organized — you never let things slip through the cracks
Comfortable with messaging, scheduling, and spreadsheet tools
Reliable and self-managing — you don't need to be chased
Nice to have (we'll train the right person)
Experience with Trainerize, Setmore, or similar coaching/scheduling software
Background in fitness, wellness, or a service-based business
Schedule & Pay
Full-time, 24-30 hours/week
$625 - $850 Per Month, depending on experience
Some overlap with US business hours (Eastern Time) preferred
Long-term role with room to grow into a bigger operations position
