JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing U.S.-based e-commerce company serving customers across the United States.

We sell professional and industrial equipment online and work with businesses, schools, universities, government organizations, and manufacturers.

This is a full-time remote position working directly with customers across the United States and supporting our sales operations.

We are looking for a reliable and organized Sales Support Specialist to help us provide excellent customer service and support our sales process.

This role is a combination of customer service, sales support, and administrative work. You will help manage customer inquiries, follow up with leads, update our CRM, and assist with day-to-day sales operations.

If you are detail-oriented, comfortable speaking with customers, and enjoy keeping things organized, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming phone calls from customers
- Return missed calls
- Respond to customer inquiries by email
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Update and maintain records in Zoho CRM
- Schedule follow-up activities and reminders
- Create and send quotations using existing templates
- Assist with order processing and customer communication
- Coordinate communication between customers, manufacturers, and internal tea ---------- mbers
- Make sure no customer inquiry or sales opportunity is missed

Requirements:

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet workspace for taking calls
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Positive and professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience
- Previous sales support experience
- Experience working with U.S. customers
- Experience using CRM software

These are preferred qualifications, not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation:

- Starting salary: $800 USD per month
- Full-time position
- Salary review after successful completion of the probation period
- Opportunities for future growth based on performance

Working Hours:

- Full-time
- Must be available during U.S. business hours
