E-commerce & Marketplace Manager

Help Scale a Fast-Growing International E-commerce Business

Are you an experienced e-commerce professional who understands product data, marketplace growth, and conversion optimisation?

We are looking for an E-commerce & Marketplace Manager to help grow our rapidly expanding international e-commerce business. Our B2C webshops operate in multiple languages, including English, French, Spanish, Italian, and German, serving customers throughout Europe and beyond.

You will be responsible for managing and optimising product listings for our webshops and marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with product data, improving customer journeys, and driving measurable growth.

Important: We operate in the 18+ adult products industry. Experience within the adult products industry is a significant advantage.

Our Tech Stack
Productflow as our Product Information Management (PIM) system
Lightspeed as our e-commerce platform
Multiple marketplaces including:

Kaufland
Dedicated B2B webshop for wholesale customers

Responsibilities
Product Information & Content Management on several platforms
Create new product listings
Optimize existing product listings
Maintain and update product content
Ensure all product information is accurate and complete
Improve product descriptions, specifications, and images
Keep product data synchronized across all sales channels
Manage product information within Productflow

Conversion & Webshop Optimization
Optimize product pages for higher conversion rates
Improve customer journeys and user experience
Manage and optimize Hello Retail recommendations
Monitor webshop functionality and identify issues
Test and implement improvements that increase sales and engagement
Work closely with marketing and operations teams

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
Experience with product listing creation and optimization
Experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon, ---------- , Allegro, Kaufland, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of product data management
Excellent attention to detail
An analytical mindset focused on growth and conversion optimisation
Strong written English skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Experience with Productflow, PIM systems, or similar tools is a plus
Experience with Lightspeed is a plus
Experience within the adult products industry is a major advantage
