JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary

This is a full-time remote position. You will be on Zoom during your entire shift. If you are not comfortable being on Zoom and available throughout the workday, please do not apply.

We are looking for someone who is very organized in Google Sheets and very good at organizing emails. Organization and attention to detail are extremely important for this position.

Your main job is finding wholesale suppliers, distributors, brands, and profitable products to sell on Amazon. You will also help manage inventory, shipments, 3PL warehouses, account health, ungating, and other day-to-day business tasks. You must be willing to learn, take initiative, and help wherever needed.

Performance bonuses may be available based on your contributions to the business. Bonus amounts, requirements, and payment schedules may change at any time.

If employment ends for any reason, you will receive your final paycheck on the next scheduled payroll date. All bonuses, commissions, and other compensation end immediately upon termination. No additional payments will be owed after employment ends.

Outside employment, freelancing, consulting, agency work, or operating another e-commerce business is not allowed during employment unless approved by the owner.

All company information, supplier information, pricing, sourcing methods, business relationships, and company processes are confidential. Violating the company's NDA or confidentiality agreements may result in legal action and liability for damages.

Responsibilities
Find wholesale suppliers, distributors, brands, and profitable products
Open new supplier and brand accounts
Manage Amazon Seller Central
Create and track FBA shipments
Work with 3PL warehouses
Reorder inventory
Monitor inventory
Monitor account health
Fix account issues and warnings
Complete ungating applications
Keep Google Sheets and emails organized
Complete assigned tasks and projects

Requirements
2+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience
2+ years of wholesale sourcing experience
Experience with brands, distributors, and Amazon FBA
Strong Google Sheets skills
Strong email organization skills
Good communication and problem-solving skills
