SCREENING QUESTIONS
1. Tell us about a time you managed multiple projects or deadlines at the same time. How did you stay organized and ensure nothing fell through the cracks?
2. Imagine you're preparing a client presentation for delivery. What steps would you take before sending it to the client? Walk us through your quality assurance process.
3. It's 4:00 PM and you have three priorities:
• A client is waiting on a website update.
• A designer has submitted graphics that need quality assurance before delivery.
• Your manager asks you to prepare tomorrow's presentation.
How would you prioritize these tasks, and why?
4. Describe a situation where you had to communicate with a client or teammate about a delay, mistake, or unexpected challenge. How did you handle the conversation, and what was the outcome?
Applications with thoughtful, detailed responses to the screening questions will be prioritized. Generic or AI-generated responses may not be considered.
