About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented Clinic Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who thrives in an administrative environment, enjoys helping people through meaningful journeys, and works well in a collaborative team setting.
The Clinic Coordinator will play an essential role in supporting our operations by managing intake processes, guiding donor candidates through completion milestones, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience through clear communication and strong follow-through.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process new intake submissions in a timely and organized manner
Review donor profiles for completeness and accuracy and guide donors through required next steps toward completion
Communicate with donors and applicants to obtain missing information and ensure all required documentation is submitted
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a supportive and welcoming experience
Track progress and maintain accurate internal records and status updates
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication
Follow established procedures and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Assist with administrative tasks and support additional operational needs as assigned
Qualifications
Previous administrative, clinic coordination, customer service, intake coordination, or healthcare support experience preferred
Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while remaining highly collaborative with a team
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Professional
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and general internet-based systems preferred
Remote Work Requirements
This is a 100% work-from-home position and requires:
Reliable high-speed internet connection (strong and consistent internet is required)
Quiet and professional home workspace
Access to a computer capable of supporting daily business operations and communication platforms
Availability to work full-time business hours
