About us
Villa Alejandro is a professional hospitality management company operating 6 boutique hotels in Boquete, Panama — 60+ units, a trained remote team, structured systems. We are not a single Airbnb host.

The role
First point of contact for international guests — inquiries, reservations, check-in coordination, and concierge support via WhatsApp, email, and OTAs ( ---------- , Airbnb, etc.). This is hospitality, not generic VA work. You will handle several guest chats and OTA notifications at the same time — speed and accuracy on the computer are essential.

Schedule (rotating — read carefully)
**AM shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Panama time (= 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM PH time)
** PM shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Panama time (= 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM PH time)

8 paid hours per shift + 30 min unpaid lunch break. 5 or 6 days per week — optional 6th day with proportional extra pay. Shifts rotate fairly across the team; you must be flexible for both.

What we're looking for (most important first)

- Proven experience with CRM, PMS, booking, or ticketing systems — from ANY industry (hotels, e-commerce, BPO, airlines, services). System fluency matters more than hotel background.

- Fast and accurate under pressure

- Highly organized — documents without being asked

- Works independently and takes ownership

- Genuine hospitality mindset — "guest experience," not just "customer service"
Nice to have: Cloudbeds or other hotel PMS, OTA extranet experience, Spanish (any level).

Compensation

$700/month starting (40 hrs/week). Performance and salary review at 3 months; top performers reach $850+ within 6 months. Paid weekly or bi-weekly via Western Union — no fees for you. First 2–3 weeks: paid live onboarding during Panama daytime hours (PH nighttime).
