Part Time (10–20 hrs/week to start) — growing to Full Time as campaigns scale
$600–$1,000/month (part-time, based on experience) — reviewed and increased as we expand to full-time
We're a UK-owned group of businesses running campaigns into UK and Gulf markets. We're looking for a genuine Google Ads specialist — not a general VA who "also does ads."
You'll own our Google Ads from day one: build, launch, test, and bring down our cost-per-lead. We have a proven landing page and keyword data already; we need someone who knows how to spend ad budget wisely and get results.
This starts part-time on one campaign (UK-targeted business services). As it proves out, it grows into full-time across more campaigns — real estate and immigration. If you produce, the hours and pay grow with you.
You must have:
Real, hands-on Google Ads campaign experience for UK or US clients (£/$ budgets, Western search intent)
A track record you can prove — specific accounts, spend levels, and before/after cost-per-lead numbers
The ability to guide us — explain what you're doing and why, not just take orders
Strong written and spoken English
Comfort working independently and reporting clearly
Nice to have:
Google Analytics / Tag Manager
Landing page / conversion testing experience
GoHighLevel familiarity
Lead-gen (service business) experience, not just e-commerce
Only Senior Google Ads experts please!
This is NOT for you if: you're a general VA looking to add "Google Ads" to your list, or you can't show me real campaigns you've run for Western clients.
Field: Application Questions (paste these in — they screen for the right profile)
To apply, answer these in your reply. Applications without answers will be ignored.
Describe 2 specific Google Ads accounts you've managed for UK or US clients. For each: the niche, monthly ad spend, and how the cost-per-lead changed under you (before ? after).
Teach-back test: Imagine you're setting up a Google Ads campaign for a Dubai business setup service targeting a UK audience. Briefly, how would you structure it — campaign type, targeting, and the first thing you'd test? (Short answer is fine — I want to see how you think.)
How many hours per week are you available now, and are you open to growing into a full-time role?
Put the word "GUIDE" at the top of your reply so I know you read this properly.
