JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a small real estate brokerage in Southern California looking for a part-time virtual assistant.

This is a backend support position. You will not make phone calls. You will not speak with leads or clients. This is not a client-facing job.

We’re looking for someone who already knows these tools and can start with real experience, not someone who needs to be trained from the beginning. The most important skills for this role are Follow Up Boss, Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, WordPress web design, and creating landing pages that connect properly to Follow Up Boss.

Please only apply if you have hands-on experience with these tools and can explain what you have done with them.

This position is about 20 hours per week. Pay is $5 to $8 USD per hour, depending on experience and fit.

Follow Up Boss - You must be proficient. We need help with Action Plans, automations, tags, stages, lead sources, tasks, lead routing, and keeping Follow Up Boss organized.

Landing pages - You must know how to create landing pages on a WordPress website and connect those pages to Follow Up Boss with the correct automations.

Google Ads - You must have real experience setting up and managing Google Ads.

Google Local Services Ads - You must have real experience setting up and managing Google Local Services Ads.

WordPress web design - You must be able to design a page from scratch on a WordPress website.

Our website was designed by IDXCentral, so experience with IDX or real estate websites is helpful.

Bonus experience includes SendGrid, especially checking if emails are going to spam and improving the SendGrid setup.

Short-form video editing for social media is also a bonus.

We’re looking for someone honest, reliable, organized, and careful with details. You should be comfortable asking questions when something is not clear.

A few hours of overlap with California time is helpful. We will use video meetings at the beginning so we can explain the work clearly.
