Affiliate Marketing & Content Operations Assistant (Part-Time)

Hi there!

I'm hiring a part-time Affiliate Marketing & Content Operations Assistant to join my growing social media marketing agency.

You'll support content creators by publishing content, managing affiliate marketing platforms, creating Canva assets, and helping keep our client accounts running smoothly.

This position starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time, long-term role for the right person.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Reliable and dependable. Meeting deadlines is non-negotiable.

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Assistant, Content Assistant, or similar role

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Strong Canva skills, including working within brand guidelines

• Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Drive)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Comfortable following detailed SOPs and checklists

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable internet connection

• Ability to learn new software quickly

• Experience working remotely

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You'll help with:

• Creating & publishing content across multiple platforms

• Creating and managing affiliate links

• Uploading and managing LTK, ShopMy, and Amazon Storefront content

• Scheduling content in Metricool

• Creating polished Canva graphics and content assets

• Updating spreadsheets, trackers, and content libraries

• Following content calendars and publishing schedules

• Maintaining SOPs and documentation

• General administrative and client support

HOURS:

• Starts part-time

• Opportunity to transition to full-time

• Weekly tea ---------- etings are required

IMPORTANT:

Our clients' businesses operate seven days a week.

That does not mean you'll work every weekend.

Most content is planned and scheduled in advance.

However, content must continue publishing on weekends and holidays. If you need time off, that's completely fine. We simply expect proactive communication so content is scheduled before you're away.

This role is best suited for someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and enjoys taking ownership of their responsibilities.

COMPENSATION:

• Pay is negotiable based on experience

• Paid every other Tuesday

• Performance bonuses available
