NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPER (QUICKBOOKS ONLINE)

Remote (Philippines)
Part-Time | U.S. Pacific Time Hours

US Power Solar is growing, and we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper who can take ownership of our financial records and help keep our accounting operations running smoothly.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with real QuickBooks Online experience who is comfortable working directly with company leadership and handling sensitive financial information.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:

Must work U.S. Pacific Time hours
Must be ON CAMERA throughout the workday for Zoom collaboration with management and tea ---------- mbers
Must have a quiet, private workspace with NO interruptions during working hours
Must have a reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet connection
Must have hands-on QuickBooks Online experience
Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Daily bookkeeping and account maintenance in QuickBooks Online
• Bank, credit card, and vendor account reconciliations
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
• Invoice creation and payment tracking
• Payroll support and expense tracking
• Preparing monthly Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports
• Maintaining organized and accurate financial records
• Assisting with tax preparation and CPA requests
• Identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies
• Communicating regularly with company leadership

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Strong QuickBooks Online experience
Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Finance background
Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong math and analytical skills
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Experience improving accounting systems and automations
