ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced and highly analytical Paid Ads Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of our paid advertising campaigns, primarily across Google Ads, with additional campaigns on Meta, Reddit, and Bing.

You will lead and support a small team of Paid Ads Specialists responsible for monitoring campaigns, managing bids, and ensuring appropriate campaign coverage throughout our busiest operating hours. You will establish clear workflows, review campaign activity, provide coaching and direction, and ensure the team consistently executes against approved budgets, performance targets, and broader organizational priorities.

Our campaigns are already established, and our team conducts ongoing testing of keywords, ad copy, creatives, and landing pages. You will work closely with Rocket Doctor’s leadership team and digital ads consultant to translate the broader advertising strategy into clear, actionable plans for the Paid Ads team.

A critical component of this role is ensuring campaigns are monitored closely and activated, adjusted, or paused at the appropriate times based on patient demand, operational capacity, budget utilization, and campaign performance.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable collaborating with leadership, consultants, operational teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Experienced with Google Ads and familiar with platforms such as Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and Bing Ads
Agile and adaptable, with the ability to respond quickly to changes in demand, campaign performance, or operational requirements
Capable of developing clear processes, documentation, schedules, and accountability measures for a small team

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Supervise and support a small team of Paid Ads Specialists
Help organize team schedules and ensure campaign coverage during the busiest parts of the day
Oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, with secondary support for Meta, Reddit, and Bing
Review campaign performance, budget pacing, and bidding adjustments
Coordinate with patient care operations and leadership to activate, reduce, or pause campaigns as needed
Work closely with our digital ads consultant to carry out the overall paid advertising strategy
Track and report on campaign performance, highlighting trends, concerns, and opportunities
Provide guidance, feedback, and support to tea ---------- mbers
Maintain clear campaign documentation, workflows, and shift handoffs
Stay updated on platform changes and paid advertising best practices

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least two to three years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Previous experience leading, supervising, mentoring, or supporting a small team
Strong understanding of campaign bidding, budget management, and performance optimization
Experience with Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, or Bing Ads is an advantage
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and Google Workspace
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent professional experience in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
Knowledge of or interest in healthcare or telehealth is an asset
Willingness to work flexible or rotational shifts when needed

Monday to Friday, 6AM EST to 2PM EST. [Occasional extensions and flexibility as necessary].
