Now Hiring: Remote Night Shift Phone Support – Construction Services.
Location: Fully Remote (Philippine Time – Night Shift)
Job Type: Full-Time.

We’re looking for a professional, reliable, and proactive Remote Phone Support Representative to manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and help clients navigate their construction projects. You’ll be the first point of contact and play a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience.
What You’ll Do:
• Answer inbound calls from clients and prospects promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about construction services, project updates, and scheduling.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with project directors for discovery calls.
• Log messages, call details, and follow-ups accurately in our system.
• Proactively follow up on meetings to ensure smooth project progression.
• Escalate complex or project-specific issues to the appropriate tea
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional tone at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Experience scheduling virtual meetings and sending appointment confirmations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Available to work night shifts based on Philippine Time.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
• Comfortable with computers, phone systems, and
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or construction-related support is a plus.
• Call center experience in a voice call setting is preferred.
• Typing skills of 60 plus WPM necessary.
