JOB OVERVIEW

We run multiple high-volume direct-response e-commerce brands across European markets. We're looking for a Creative VA to take ownership of static ad creatives and native ads production — someone who moves fast, thinks in performance, and doesn't need constant supervision.
Full-time remote position. All tools provided.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Produce static creatives (native ads and others) for Meta
Monitor competitor ads using a tool we'll provide
Use Claude to assist with copywriting, hooks, and creative briefs

COMPENSATION
$450/month — with potential for growth over time based on performance.

Proven experience producing static ad creatives for e-commerce (Facebook/Instagram/native)
Comfortable with AI creative tools
Speed: a brief comes in, it gets done — no unnecessary back and forth
Full autonomy: you organize yourself, you anticipate, you deliver — no chasing needed
Fast learner: a new tool or process, you have it down in a matter of hours
High output: built for volume without dropping quality
Strong direct-response instincts — you know the difference between pretty and profitable
