Experience:

Role Brief:
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Listing & Category Management VA to take ownership of a product category inside our storefront. This person will be responsible for improving listings, doing competitive research, optimizing visibility and conversion, and managing the category from top to bottom inside Seller Central. The goal is to help grow sales, improve listing quality, and keep the category organized, competitive, and well-managed.
This person needs to have:
• Strong Amazon listing creation and optimization skills
• Good knowledge of Amazon SEO and keyword research
• Ability to do competitive and market research
• Experience with FBA shipment and inventory coordination
• Strong understanding of variations, catalog management, and Seller Central operations
• Ability to monitor listing issues and solve problems proactively
• Good organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership of a category and manage it independently
Amazon Customer Service Support
* Manage Amazon buyer messages professionally and within Amazon response time requirements.
* Handle refunds, returns, cancellations, damaged items, missing items, and “delivered but not received” cases.
* Make refund or replacement recommendations based on company SOPs.
* Prevent unnecessary escalations to A-to-Z claims or chargebacks.
* Handle A-to-Z claims, chargebacks, and disputes carefully to help protect seller metrics.
* Monitor negative feedback and product reviews.
* Assist with professional outreach and feedback removal requests when allowed by Amazon policy.
* Maintain a calm, professional, and customer-focused communication style.
