JOB OVERVIEW

*** Experienced Project Manager Wanted in NY with Tech & English Skills ***

We are Cornerstone Services, Inc. ( ---------- ), a small, boutique communications/advertising firm that focuses on data, direction mail, web services, graphic design and printing services. We are located in the Hudson Valley in Upstate New York although we do work nationally. Our Project Management team is looking for a seasoned project manager with demonstrable project management experience, communications (in English) experience and strong working knowledge of various, prevailing data management software applications.

Please, however, read the whole post to the end prior to applying. Here are some important requirements:

* It is expected that you are very familiar with MS Office 365 (esp. MS Excel with macros and functions) and have project management experience (we use ---------- software). Other tools that are used on our Project Management desk are AI tools (e.g. Claude.ai, Chat GPT, Replit, etc.), GHL [Go High Level], Adobe Creative Suite (esp, InDesign) and minor coding (e.g. JavaScript); we are hoping you may have knowledge and strength in some of these tools; our other applications are unique, yet if you have very strong software experience, such experience should be transferable; simply, our expectation is that you have technical prowess and will be a "quick start", able to pick-up what we're doing without a lot of hand-holding;

* You must like working with other people; you need to be highly cooperative and have no hesitancy in speaking with clients on occasion; your verbal/written English skills must therefore be very strong;

* There are some internal (company-specific) software projects that you would oversee; we do not believe these are difficult, but must have determination and willingness to see these initiatives to completion; one project is the set-up of a Shopify online store for our business; the other project is a market-niche project for American Volunteer Fire Departments that involves GHL+Direct Mail; and,

* Our hours are GMT-4 in Spring/Summer and GMT-5 in Fall/Winter (Eastern Standard Time); therefore, we are approximately 12 hours behind you in New York; consequently, you would be working the overnight.
