In this role, you will assist corporate clients with urgent travel needs, including itinerary modifications, flight disruptions, cancellations, and rebooking requests.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working in a fast-paced environment, and ensuring travelers receive timely support when plans change unexpectedly.
What You'll Do
- Assist business travelers with itinerary changes and travel-related concerns
- Process flight modifications, cancellations, ticket exchanges, and rebookings using Amadeus
- Support travelers affected by delays, missed flights, schedule changes, and other disruptions
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and travel suppliers to resolve issues
- Review and maintain accurate travel records and booking details
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with client requirements and company travel policies
- Respond to inquiries via phone and
- Document customer interactions and update internal systems accordingly
- Monitor service queues and prioritize requests based on urgency and service-level expectations
What We're Looking For (REQUIRED)
- Previous experience in corporate travel, business travel support, or a similar travel operations role
- Strong proficiency in Amadeus
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Sabre or other GDS platforms
- Previous experience in a Team Lead, Trainer, Supervisor, or Management capacity
- Familiarity with airline ticketing procedures and fare rules
- Experience managing complete travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
