JOB OVERVIEW

Currently Hiring SEO Manager

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in an agency environment and is confident managing SEO campaigns, creating clear processes, and helping build a high-performing SEO team over time.

Initially, you will be hands-on with the SEO work, including audits, strategy, implementation, reporting, and campaign management. As the business grows, your role will evolve into overseeing a small SEO team and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Manage SEO campaigns for clients across different industries
Conduct keyword research, website audits, competitor analysis, and SEO strategy
Implement on-page, technical, and off-page SEO improvements
Create clear SOPs, procedures, and internal SEO workflows
Prepare monthly SEO reports and explain performance clearly
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other SEO platforms
Work closely with web developers, content writers, and marketing tea ---------- mbers
Help train and oversee junior SEO tea ---------- mbers as the business grows

Requirements
4+ years of SEO experience
Previous experience working in an SEO role within an agency
Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, local SEO, and reporting
Confident using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
Comfortable creating SOPs, procedures, reports, and repeatable systems
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to work independently and take ownership of SEO performance
Leadership potential, with the ability to manage a small team in the future

Location
Ideally, you will be based in Cebu and comfortable working from our office in IT Park.
