Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Fitness Industry (Melbourne, Australia)
About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a Melbourne-based business that specializes in renting gym equipment. This role combines administrative support with digital marketing tasks, making it ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and has experience with CRM systems and online marketing.

Key Responsibilities
CRM & Administrative Support
* Manage and update customer records in the CRM system
* Maintain accurate customer information and sales pipelines
* Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry
* Handle minimal outbound and inbound calls when required

Digital Marketing
* Assist in creating, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
* Create and schedule marketing content for social media platforms
* Coordinate with the team to develop marketing creatives and promotional materials

Email Marketing
* Manage customer email lists and audience segmentation
* Create and send email campaigns and promotional blasts
* Monitor campaign performance and maintain subscriber databases

Requirements
- Experience using CRM platforms
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads
- Experience creating marketing content for social media
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, list segmentation, and email campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with fitness, health, or e-commerce businesses
- Knowledge of social media marketing best practices
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools
- Understanding of digital marketing analytics

Working Hours
Part-Time (Melbourne, Australia Time – AEST)
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (AEST) or 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (AEST) | depends on the business hour
