JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced podcast video editor to support ongoing podcast and video content projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in video editing, understands podcast formatting, and can deliver polished, professional edits with quick turnaround times.

Responsibilities include:

Editing full-length podcast episodes for YouTube and other video platforms
Creating clean, engaging cuts with strong pacing and flow
Syncing and balancing audio and video
Adding lower thirds, graphics, captions, intro/outro elements, and branding as needed
Creating short-form clips for social media when requested
Ensuring all edits are polished, consistent, and aligned with the project’s style
Meeting deadlines and communicating clearly throughout the editing process

Requirements:

Strong video editing experience, preferably with podcast, interview, or branded content
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
Excellent attention to detail
Strong sense of pacing, audio quality, and visual consistency
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software
Ability to follow creative direction and apply feedback efficiently
Reliable communication and availability for ongoing projects
